We had a one night lay over prior to flying out to our next island. Facility was walking distance from the port (about 1/2 mile) little bit of a pain dragging luggage thru the streets, but that's traveling. Clean, comfortable beds, with wifi, AC worked great, has a nice pool. Small store nearby to grab drinks or snacks. Staff was very friendly and helpful in trying to print out our boarding passes the next morning and helping to schedule a taxi to the airport. Nice breakfast buffet.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a stunning coastal walking route, spanning around 2 kilometers, provided the ideal backdrop for a serene morning run. The fusion of convenience and tranquility truly set this location apart. Rooms - Comfortable, Well-Equipped, and Immaculate: The rooms at the hotel were a delight to retreat to after a day of exploration. They were thoughtfully designed and spacious, offering ample space to unwind and relax. The effective air conditioning provided a respite from the warm Greek sun, ensuring a comfortable stay. Equipped with all the necessary amenities, the rooms left nothing to be desired. Moreover, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – a testament to the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene. Hospitality - A Warm Welcome and Attentive Service: The highlight of my stay undoubtedly goes to the remarkable hospitality extended by the hotel's staff. From the moment I checked in, I was met with warm smiles and genuine care. The personnel were incredibly attentive, always ready to cater to any request I had. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that every aspect of my stay was up to par, their dedication was truly commendable.

What we appreciated the most were the nice, friendly staff with whom we made something like a friendship! I love the White Rock of Kos because of the great hospitality, the beautiful and clean rooms, of course I can not forget the breathtaking view from the two balconies - yes, you heard right - we had two balconies. The rooms were exceptional, the housekeeping was excellent (the lady from Germany was so nice to do everything for us), and the drivers too. I would like to thank the receptionists who were so kind, understanding and tireless, the masseuse who was so nice, and the rest of the hotel staff as well. The food was exceptional! Mamma mia, fantastic breakfast (a variety of Greek products, all very tasty, always fresh fruit, spreads, salads, desserts and everything your heart desires)! So this was truly a honeymoon for us! I recommend it to those who are willing to pay a little more for the price, but get an exceptional quality of stay with an unforgettable view!

Everything was amazing. Right from the hospitality of the staff at the reception, the folks in the dining area, and everyone. The view from the balcony was amazing. It allowed us to even take part in the night events straight out of our balcony. The location of this hotel is still good given how scarce public transport can be and even at times the availability of taxis. It's about a 5km walk to Kos Town and largely flat. The spread of breakfast and dinner is also amazing, there's more or less something for everyone with ample options for vegetarians as well.

The hotel's greatest asset was undoubtedly its staff. From the warm and friendly reception at check-in to the impeccable housekeeping services, every member of the team was committed to providing top-notch service. The hotel's entertainment team deserves a standing ovation! They never failed to keep the guests entertained with their fun and engaging activities throughout the day. The pool area was well-maintained, and the poolside bar served refreshing drinks to help guests beat the heat. The hotel had a variety of slides, catering to different age groups and thrill levels. Our older kids enjoyed the thrilling twists and turns of the high-speed slides, while the younger ones had a blast at the milder slides, specifically designed for their age.

The hotel is amazing! The whole staff team is working hard to make your stay completely stress free and the facilities that the hotel offers is just great. I have to say a BIG thanks to the Kids Club team (amazing job from all of them, particularly Lilia) and the water sports team that are also treating the kids with a lot of kindness and responsibility. Overall, it was an absolute superb experience! The hotel is clean and quite good food.
