The kids club catered to all our children from 4 to 12. the sports facilities were great, the daily football matches, table tennis tournaments and water park & playgrounds!

The views were spectacular from both of our rooms. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Veronique helped us make dinner plans and helped with any other needs we had. It is a very wonderful place that helps to make your stay perfect.

Perfect location, super nice and helpful staff, decent prices with good services. Clean rooms, nice food, nice drinks. Totally recommended.

The staff were the best from arrival everyone was nice pleasant and helpful, everything was so quiet and comfortable, the good is good cocktails great and the service at the whole hotel was just super, a great pool and an amazing view made me want to live there

Anna Maria Village are situated in Anissaras, 25 km east from Heraklion, 2 km west from Hersonissos and 300 metres from the beach. I got a superior room with the garden view. I was upgraded in the spot. really appreciated. the room was fantastic and very new. Loukas at the reception was really helpful, providing me with all the necessary instructions. I visited this area because of a conference at a nearby hotel but I would definitely visit it again and for holidays. just 5 minutes away on foot there is an amazing beach called Limanakia beach and the next one Saradari. really enjoyed my trip to the fullest and if comparing with the amount I paid I can say that it is a 100% value for money choice. totally recommended!

Lying beside Anissaras Beach, just 2 km from Hersonissos, this village-style resort provides plenty of fun and games for the family, along with a water sports centre and private beach. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mitsis Cretan Village Hotel, and I must start by giving a big thank you to the Pinkwave animation team. Their shows were amazing and truly added to the enjoyment of our stay. It is a pity that they only have two shows a week. These performances are much more engaging and enjoyable than those by external entertainers, as we have no connection to the external acts. The animators we meet during the day are the ones we come to watch, and their familiarity makes the shows even better. I would love to see more shows from the Pinkwave team in the future. The hotel staff were some of the nicest I have ever encountered. A special thank you to Dimitris for his help with our luggage and to all the reception staff who made us feel so welcome. The team at the main bar were incredibly kind, and I cannot forget to mention the wonderful Mrs. Popy and Sir Nagy from the pool bar who made our time by the pool extra special. Overall, my stay at Mitsis Cretan Village Hotel was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional animation team and the wonderful staff. I look forward to returning soon!

One of the best places to go in Crete It was amazing how Nice the staff/family was to me i really felt like i was home and not on a holliday. Amazing nature and really close to the beautyfull beach, the rooms are verry big and clean they even had a android television with al the channels of the world and was easy to stream from your phone never seen that before in other hotels Just amazing.... The food was perfect verry big portions you wont starve if you eat with Eleonora and her Family they can cook verry verry good. Swimming pool Super Nice big and deep they have a grass to play on for the kids Eleonora and her Husband Yannis are really amazing people with stories about the history of Crete and places you can go to explore. its not Just a boutique hotel but also Adventures place. you want to know new places and backgrounds they can provide anything. deffenitly must go place i think nobody will regret it a 10/10
