We were greeted warmly and treated so kindly the whole time, we loved the feel of the family run business! We were able to get a lot of info about things to do and great beach recommendations. Rooms were clean and kitchen was stocked with all dishes and appliances that we needed! Smart tv was a bonus! The pool was so clean and the perfect temp for swimming, which the kids did every day. I ran around the little town of keramies each morning and it was just magical! I felt safe and neighbors were friendly. The location was perfect, 9 min from Argostoli but it felt tucked tucked away. Cafe close by and a nice grocery store about 5 min away.

The view from the property is fantastic. It has a really large pool, with ample space for all guests. The pool area also has a really nice ambience in the evening to enjoy a quiet drink and evening swim. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with a large terrace to enjoy the great view. Tony and his family were lovely and on hand to help, whilst leaving guests to have their own space. Works well for couples and families.

excellent facilities and especially very kind and professional staff. honestly, we would come back for everything, but especially for Spyros - a very helpful professional that handles pretty much everything on the property. Also, he is a local and had very good recommendations about some touristic and non-touristic places. will come back for sure and thank you Spyros for everything! Very clean and big rooms. Nice balcony with a great view of Argostoli, just what you need after a hot and busy day. Very cool at nights not very much insects or so. If there were we wouldn't mind anyway because this is what nature is. Staff was helpful and positive. They were a bit lack of English but no problem when you have good intentions. Modest breakfast just to make you ready hitting the road. Do not hope a nice warm breakfast these people just giving a basic service. We saw many people brought their own cereals or bakery products. It is very nice to have breakfast under beautiful olive trees. Nice working ac, beautiful airy room and easy access to Argostoli center with scooter. We had 200 cc scooter and it was enough to move us up and down to hilly road of the facility with 50L of backpack.. There is gas station and nice grill house nearby if you need so.

Our stay at the place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and really quiet. Best sleep I've had for the last two years. Our hosts were great. I even had to pay them by force (joking). To organize this place in this way shows a lot of resourcefulness and creativity. Me and Lily will definitely come back next year! Wish you good luck and success!

Amazing boutique hotel conveniently located close to Argostoli and the sandy beaches of the south. Tasty greek breakfast and fantastic service. A cozy swimming pool with an all day open bar till late night offers cocktails and relaxation for the time you spend in the hotel.
